Working at Clear Capital was a great experience. If you are looking for an exciting and interesting place of employment look no further. Clear Capital offers and fun and friendly work environment. Senior management has gone to great lengths to ensure that the employees there are happy, and it shows. It is obvious they understand that happy employees are more productive and they have implemented numerous strategies to maintain a positive work atmosphere. Management here is top-notch. Always friendly and open. It is a growing company which provides a high earning potential as well as advancement opportunities. There was never a shortage of work at Clear Capital. More often than not the company would offer overtime to employees, much of which can be worked from the comfort of your own home. Being able to work from home was very convenient, allowing for balance between work and personal responsibilities. The offices themselves are clean, organized, and very modern. The surrounding area of Truckee is beautiful and Lake Tahoe is about a fifteen minute drive from the offices. The employees themselves are all friendly and easy going. I learned a lot during my time here, both from colleagues and the job itself. It was tough to leave such a great company. If Clear Capital ever opened an office in my current place of residence it would be the first place I would go for employment.

If you are a robot and nothing else and you can do 50hr weeks - processing volumes of reports - 100 a day expectation with a hawkish gestapo overhead and ridiculous pressure for more more more - then maybe that's a positive for you. And oh, if you never want to see your family ever - sleep 3 hrs a night - this is your gig.
