They try to create a relaxed atmosphere to work in. The Christmas party is a very hyped event. They let you accumulate PTO fairly quick

Cons

Mandatory overtime between 6-8 hours a week is expected. The emails from management must always be very chipper, especially when requesting said overtime.

The best training for new hires that I have ever seen in a company! ClearCapital wants to make sure you know your job! From the time that someone is hired, there is continuing education that is offered each employee on different areas of the company. There seems to always be an opportunity to learn.

Cons

1. Seems to be quite a commute for people who live in Reno. Remote computer access does not seem to be offered to every employee (a bit of favoritism). 2. Micro-management. 3. Assembly-line type work 4. Immature "Lead" management
