7yThank you for your review and honest feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your 3+ years with Clear Capital and appreciate you being a part of our story! We pride ourselves on creating a productive, creative, fun and laid back atmosphere although the nature of what we do is very fast-paced. We can understand that once hired on for a particular shift it may become difficult to change your schedule due to the business/team needs. We do our best to provide these shift changes to individuals we know are looking for them as people get promoted or move on to their next venture, although this does not always work out seamlessly, we will continue to look for ways to better provide these opportunities. We love the suggestion to continue showing gratitude to our employees when they have completed a large amount of OT or have achieved a goal, recently we did so by throwing a pizza party to celebrate this accomplishment and enjoy some time together.
