Great employer, seriously, work hard and you will be rewarded. Yes overtime can be expected as this is fast growing company and simply the nature of the business. With that being said leadership is very understanding and the company has a great culture! Many bright minds making things happen!

Cons

Overtime, long, long, long hours during busy season. Beyond that I do not have any other cons in over 2 years of employment!

My supervisor was always willing to work with me regarding my schedule. This was very helpful with multiple children. They pay well and give regular raises.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so getting individual feedback from your supervisor can be difficult.
