Pros

Team members are super nice, they definitely hire nice people. Their values mean a lot to them as a company. They send you great work equipment and make it easy for you to use.

Cons

Leadership is shaky and some people within the team cannot communicate well or play favorites. They don't give bonuses or raises often or easy. There is a lot of talk and no action for progressing into higher positions.
