They pay okay I suppose for low skilled work.

Cons

Toxic culture, brown-nosers are accepted and embraced by management. They literally asked me to work off the clock once.

Pros

They throw great Christmas parties and are generous with their employees around the holidays.

Cons

Depending on the team you belong to management sucks. My team leader was, to be quite frank, a two-faced snake who created a hostile working environment for me within the team I was in. And my team members weren’t much better. Everyone their is fake and they have a high turnover rate.

There were some good employees there.

Cons

They are reactive rather than pro-active. They try to have 1year planning. But working on executing a plan for more than 6months is rare before priorities or the goals are changed. I don't think they have planning for more than two years out other than perhaps a vision of the direction they want to go in.
