- Team members are responsive and helpful. - Free snack/drinks. You are compensated for lunch up to $15 every weekday. - Salary is very competitive.

Cons

- Can be very noisy in the office as the trading floor is close to the engineering room. You will hear yelling and random outbursts.

Love how welcoming the culture is while maintaining the expectation of excellence in work. This is my first ' start-up' and I couldn't be more impressed. The HR team is all-around amazing. Clearstreet's future seems exceedingly bright.

Cons

Isn't really a con but there is so much to do - balancing timelines with long-term value.

As the operations team continues to grow and establish processes and systems, there's a real opportunity to get things done in a way that's consistent with your vision. The culture is such that everyone's opinion is valued and resources are provided as needed

Cons

Established systems and procedures you are used to seeing at others shops don't exist in the same way here, but the goal is the build them fast and better.
