Its a paycheck and benefits.

Cons

They lure you in by telling you your doing good for the community, but it's noting more than a high pressure sales position. You have to install 35 units a month, if not, they're on your butt. High turnover, working late into the night, and weekends. I would advise you not to take the position unless your desperate like I was. I left and now they're telling me I won't get all of the commission money I earned. Don't do it!!!

The pay is good. I never feel overworked or overwhelmed. I like that there's a little bit of leniency with accuracy.

Cons

My biggest issue is it seems that nothing is ever consistent. One day this will be the rules then the next they change it up.
