Pros

The people are the best part of this job, my leaders truly cared about me personally and professionally. I was paid what I was worth, clearlink worked with my schedule, my health problems, challenged me to develop as a person, paid for my healthcare, paid for my schooling, paid for my gym membership. I have life long friends I have made, I could go on and on.

Cons

Working in the sales industry can be stressful at times, nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros

I've worked at Clearlink now for 5+ years. What has kept me there is continued innovation, growth, culture, talented people, and fair compensation. From the top down (from Phil), I believe Clearlink has thoughtful leadership that will continue to grow the business beyond its current levels. I love my diverse coworkers and focus on women and increasing the % of women in the leadership team. Clearlink has some of the best benefits and perks in Salt Lake City.

Cons

Not all departments work at the same pace. While some departments are very lean, others run fat because they are looked to as growth departments. Often, marketing seems to get an overly flexible work schedule, and when there are times to push harder, the decision is always to hire more people. This is a minor annoyance that is tolerated.
