Pros

Great Culture, Coaches are awesome! Cash incentives for the easiest things. good pay structure. Company that wants to do everything they can to help you succeed

Cons

Late shifts suck. Cell phones are not allowed on the floor, and the adherence policy leaves almost no room for you to take a breather after a bad call.

Pros

Everyone is super upbeat and positive, they remember your name, you are not just a sheep here! I was nervous to work at a call center thinking I would dread going to work everyday, but not here, I love my job!

I cant think of any cons, honestly!

Pros

Clearlink really values its employees! The benefits are great and the perks are many. I feel valued and appreciated. I enjoy what I do and who I work with!

Cons

I don't feel like I have a clear career path in my particular department and while my salary is good, I wouldn't call it competitive.
