Pros

Young, vibrant workforce with lots of energy and a can-do attitude from basically everyone around you. Well-stocked break/snack room. Manageable workload. Solid pay.

Cons

Thinks it's a way cooler place to work than it is. Zero on-boarding for non-call center employees. Vague and often contradictory directives that result from a lack of integrity in their mission and a lack of understanding of the creative process. Definitely a bit of a boys club vibe at times. Inevitable corporate-feeling environment that tries annoyingly hard to feel like it's not.

Pros

Pros? Maybe getting ripped off by the Aventi Market everyday. Maybe getting micromanaged when you're a smidge out of adherence.

Cons

They're constantly making mistakes on my paycheck. And other employees I talk to as well. Clearlink used to be a pretty fun place. They added an adherence performance and quality that docks your commission if you forget to ask one simple question to a customer. Honestly I was really happy here at Clearlink, but my opinion has completely changed in the last couple of months.

Clearlink is a place that cares about their employee's. They have a relaxed and positive atmosphere in the corporate office. They also have amazing benefits.

Cons

You will be expected to work over 40 hours during month-end, but this is pretty typical for an accounting position at any company.
