Pros

Awesome culture, fun people & parties. Open communication,

Cons

Seems like the sales team go through people and the coaches get changed around all the time. Corporate staff (minus marketing) all have pretty secure jobs if you aren't an idiot. HR has no idea what they are doing at times as far as growth goes.

Pros

the pay and enviroment trips if you qualify but you wont ok hours free health care if you make it a year benefits pto

Cons

You are only good to clearlink has your last check. If you have a bad week but have been selling like crazy they will write you up....have enough bad weeks they will fire you. i was let go cause my mother-n-law had strokes and missed a week when they knew what was going also they had a dr's note saying what had happened. You get 4 points to miss work...so dont get sick, always sell AND you will have a job....but you live in fear that you will be FIRED.....no cell phones but coaches and close friends to the coaches and managment always have their phone out. DONT WORK AT THIS PLACE. They promise the world but give you nothing....you will be better at walmart.

Pros

Company has a great culture. They are open minded, and it's quite easy to make an impact even in a large-scale company. Health Care is pretty good. Staff for the most part are great. Great job at keeping a mixture of external hires and internal promotions on the Corp. side. Was promoted within 8 months and recognized for my hard work.

Cons

Was sold on personal growth, and company beneifts that never came into fruition. Mgmnt frowned on using my allotted time off. No consistency when it came to enforcing company policies. In the Call Center, you are taught to manipulate and get away with it. In Corp. there were a lot of underqualified people that flew under the radar, due to their personal relationships with upper Mgmnt.
