Pros

the pay and enviroment trips if you qualify but you wont ok hours free health care if you make it a year benefits pto

Cons

You are only good to clearlink has your last check. If you have a bad week but have been selling like crazy they will write you up....have enough bad weeks they will fire you. i was let go cause my mother-n-law had strokes and missed a week when they knew what was going also they had a dr's note saying what had happened. You get 4 points to miss work...so dont get sick, always sell AND you will have a job....but you live in fear that you will be FIRED.....no cell phones but coaches and close friends to the coaches and managment always have their phone out. DONT WORK AT THIS PLACE. They promise the world but give you nothing....you will be better at walmart.

Pros

get paid weekly. potential to earn commission and prizes. Decent training that is paid.

Cons

Lacking the ability to alter schedule or take time off. Inconsistent software between computers. Computer hardware that is broken or missing. This is how you get paid. Performance reviews not given on regular basis. Feedback is generally negative when given. Inconsistent rules and procedures. Most benefits are given after a year, the average employee is three months. Little room for advancement.

Pros

Clearlink treats their employees really well. They have a laid-back atmosphere that allows employees to grow. They take a serious, vested interest in the success of their employees and are willing to invest in their potential.

Cons

Stats are very important. A bad day can cost you a full shift because you will get sent home early. Not a ton of flexibility with days off if the schedule is full.
