Pros

Cool people work there that aren't management.

Cons

Huge in-groups, very political. If you know the right people you're good if not, watch your back. You can have 6 months of good sales days then have one bad one and it's like you've been terrible the whole time. Management has very short term management.

Pros

get paid weekly. potential to earn commission and prizes. Decent training that is paid.

Cons

Lacking the ability to alter schedule or take time off. Inconsistent software between computers. Computer hardware that is broken or missing. This is how you get paid. Performance reviews not given on regular basis. Feedback is generally negative when given. Inconsistent rules and procedures. Most benefits are given after a year, the average employee is three months. Little room for advancement.

Pros

Great base pay and commission on top of that. The harder you work, the more you get paid. Tons of incentives. Great atmosphere. Weekly training. This company takes care of you in your job and takes into consideration life outside of work.

Cons

Taking phone call after phone call on super busy days can be mentally exhausting.
