Pros

None. This place sucks. Never work there.

Cons

EVERYTHING. Literally the worst job I’ve ever worked at. I hated the management they don’t tell you anything that’s really going on so you’re forced to just do whatever your coaches say even if it doesn’t make sense. The leads that they give you suck. The HR department says that they are all confidential but I had a complaint about my coach and she knew the next day and pulled me into a meeting to give me fire about it when I was told everything was suppose to be confidential. This company is terrible. They lie on calls and the coaches tell you to lie and the coaches don’t even know what they are doing half the time. No motivation to help the team it’s just pushing to get sales so it’s better on their paycheck. A bunch of crap workers there who only care about themselves.

We are sorry that we did not deliver the exceptional employee experience that we strive for. We know that all of our success hinges on creating great relationships, and that, often, the most important relationship in the workplace is the one you share with your direct manager. We invest a lot of time and effort in helping give these leaders the resources they need and are truly sorry to hear that you were let down in this regard. Taking concerns to the HR department should always be confidential, and we take this matter very seriously. Please email Cammie.Cable@Clearlink.com so that we can learn more about your situation and take any appropriate action.

Pros

It is a place to work that gives you a paycheck.

Cons

I resigned three months in, worked at the Scottsdale location. Management follows the 'good old boy' mentality, advancing guys who they like regardless of skill or leadership ability. No females in leadership at all - they are in support roles such as employee advisor and such. As I mentioned, I resigned and gave a specific date as my last day which I followed. However, 4 days after my last day I get an email saying I was terminated. Also, the pay really is VERY low (commission and base) for the work I was doing. Rude department heads who know nothing (said to an employee who hasn't worked in call centers that the number of calls a person takes does not affect conversion, had no idea what revenue per hour meant, etc). They also made agents use their call flow, which is not a 'fit all' flow, which left many calls sounding idiotic. But if you DON'T use it they take you pay. They also will treat you like children, taking PCI compliance to the micro managing level (taking napkins off your desk because they are paper?) Just do yourself a favor and go to a different place - there are literally a million other places that will treat you better and pay what you are worth.

We are sorry to hear that we did not deliver the exceptional employee experience that we strive to provide. Regarding our compliance efforts and policies, there’s a fine balance between delivering a good customer experience through compliance and coaching, and ensuring our people are adequately rewarded for their work -- but we are always looking to improve and would love to find out more about your specific situation. As for females in leadership, our executive team recently signed the ParityPledge, which is a commitment to interview qualified females for every open leadership position in the level of Vice President and above. However, we’ve taken it a step further and committed to doing this for directors and above, as well. We are constantly making strides to advance our inclusion and diversity efforts. Please reach out to us at HR@Clearlink.com so that we can learn more about your specific experience and get the conversation started.

Pros

Free swag. People pretend they care. Great benefits. If you need any kind of drugs, you can easily find them. There are a select few good people.

Cons

They sold themselves to Sykes. It has become a corporate environment thats goal is to create robots. If you haven't worked here for years, don't plan on going anywhere. If you don't like to Mountain Bike or golf and like to make fun of other associates behind closed doors, don't even think about it. The fraud is CRAZY. And all management knows it. Why else do you think they just fired most of their VP's? It only took several years for Sykes to figure it out but, before that it was anything goes if you were in the boys club. And the 'Employee Advocate's are just there for mgmt to make it look like they care. They would rarther talk you into quitting than getting fired for their own statistics.

We here at Clearlink absolutely do not tolerate any sort of fraud. We have worked extremely hard to earn our Certificate of PCI Compliance and take every precaution to protect our status as a trusted, secure organization. We would like to talk to you and further investigate your claims, please contact us at HR@Clearlink.com so we can begin the process. We also adhere to a strict anti-drug policy that all employees are subject to. Any reasonable suspicion triggers a process that can involve searches and drug testing and result in suspension or termination.
