I’ve seen a lot of comments about how things have gone downhill ever since James Clarke took control of Clearlink, but I couldn’t disagree more. Fact of the matter is that Clearlink was broken before James took over in 2021. Our prior leadership wanted to sell half of the business, we had terrible margins across multiple business units, and we were only making money from one division. A lot of organizational dissonance and imminent changes made Clearlink a ticking-time-bomb. That bomb has been defused. It has undoubtedly been a rough ride. In a sink-or-swim scenario, we parted ways with a lot of talented employees in 2023. We were forced to make a lot of hard strategy and personnel decisions. However, a simple look at our financials shows that all business units are now healthy. Not only are we producing revenue, but we're approaching record breaking profit across the board. Despite some bumps in the road, you have to give credit to James Clarke and his new senior leadership team for getting things back on track.

Still a little short on IT and Product personnel which can put a bind on resources and growth.
