Pros

I enjoyed all of my time at Clearlink. I met wonderful people, worked on interesting projects, and loved my co-workers in my department. I do think that Clearlink strives to be good to their employees, but the current market for their business model makes it difficult sometimes. Co-workers at Clearlink want to collaborate and they want to see things improve and I think most of them are trying their hardest and best at doing so most days.

Cons

Brand partnerships can throw a wrench in day-to-day work sometimes, and I think the tendency to change roadmaps month by month can wear the individual contributors a little thin at times. As a team leader that was sometimes frustrating to navigate.
