Pros

They offer the BEST training! Nice rewards during AEP.

Cons

1- They mislead your commission potential. 2- They allow misleading ads (bait ads / bait-switch). 3- Horrible leads 3- Short breaks 4- No break in between calls. Constant calls with no time to stretch, take a breather, etc… 5- Low pay ($19 an hour) 6- No balance for mental health. You get burnt out with the overwhelming incoming calls.

Easy job, decent pay, good sales environment

Cons

Bad career developers, just another call center, good people but after the founder left everything went downhill...
