      Horrible environment created by poor Corporate management

      Pros

      -4 on 4 of is ok. -Wages are good for the area but not as great as Management thinks they are in comparison with the economy and other employers.

      Cons

      VERY poor corporate management, hiring people incompatible or not fluent in the operational needs, which in turn by 6 degrees of separation, is the return for investors.

      Poor management. Un-educated managers. Favoritism. Many .. MANY employees go around the system and not doing their tasks and job and rely on others. No clear vision for work.
