Good people to work with, dedicated to the tasks at hand. Recognize importance of changing the culture to grow the business at a critical time in the company's life cycle.

Cons

Poor leadership struggling with lack of mid and long term vision and ability to communicate that vision and stand by decisions to support that vision. Wishy-washy day to day change in priorities and confusion causes friction among teams.

Management, is like typical large company management. You are a number, Your nobody outside of that. If you just start and they most experienced person takes the slowest work block and your brand new they give you the absolute busiest work block. Then give you two days to settle in.. If you don't keep up. The one who can ease through the busiest block stays and your let go. They did it to multiple people when new management flew in from out of town... Watch your back there.
