The company (Consumer Products Divison) operates in functional and facility silos with each doing whatever they want whenever by whoever. Business management appears random, informal, impulsive, without regard to purpose, objectives, or effect. Process management and control seems to be a weakness. Accountability for improvements and basic result is another area of weakness . No process, no accountability; this results in an ever present state of firefighting, chaos, and incredible waste. Operations managers seem incompetent, complacent and ineffective. Corporate management is disconnected from the operations of the manufacturing facilities and have little idea what is really happening on a daily basis.

Hours are crazy! 12 hour rotating shifts. Machines are crap, and management at this facility suck! Most of them are rude, unfriendly and don't seem to care about anything other than receiving their paychecks, their Mon.-Fri. schedule and acting like they are better than the people that work their butts off to try and make the crap equipment work. And you have people (supposedly TRAINERS) that run around acting like they are bosses, and are rude also. I'm not surprised 1 bit that the OKC plant is closing down....just surprised it took this long.
