Great people, just bad timing. Great educational experience, definitely a career potential company. However, they are relatively small company that needs to grow more and choice what they want to lead in. Find their niche, they are currently diverse with no path leading them to the future.

They put more faith in the tissue industry when paperboard is making more money. Great people, just bad timing. Great educational experience, definitely a career potential company. Good pay and benfits. The employees that work the converting floor are team players with their team members and work hard to meet their daily budget.

Cons

Poor communication and mangers. Every year they roll out a new program for employee involvement and spend big dollars to promote it but never follow through with it.
