Actual work isn't bad. Good pay and benefits. Work with good people on the floor.

Cons

Terrible management with the exception of a couple. Long hours. Swing shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Pay and benefits are good for this area.

Cons

Hours are crazy! 12 hour rotating shifts. Machines are crap, and management at this facility suck! Most of them are rude, unfriendly and don't seem to care about anything other than receiving their paychecks, their Mon.-Fri. schedule and acting like they are better than the people that work their butts off to try and make the crap equipment work. And you have people (supposedly TRAINERS) that run around acting like they are bosses, and are rude also. I'm not surprised 1 bit that the OKC plant is closing down....just surprised it took this long.

Great Pay, Very laid back atmosphere, Operators are generally knowledgeable on their equipment. Maintenance Department is very knowledgeable in both the Mechanical and Electrical field

Cons

Oklahoma City Plant is closing down, I could see myself retiring here but that wont be the case now that the doors are closing.
