Pros

Was only a summer hire, but very easy to get into the position. They hired me full time and compensated me nicely for the work I performed. Most of the people I worked with were great and friendly guys.

Cons

The program only lasted one summer. Would have liked a more in depth experience as opposed to performing miscellaneous tasks around the plant. If they could design the summer hire program to train the hires for an actual future position at the company that would've been great.

Cons

Clearwater shares the neurosis of modern business. The more you give the more they take. Hours are long and there is a lot of stress internally.
