There is a large amount of personal office space in the Lewiston office and employees are provided with a reasonable amount of time off.

Cons

There are many management changes and what seems like a high turnover rate. The office culture is dry and seems very separated.

Pros

Great benefits package. The coworkers in my department were a lot of fun to work with. Generally the company likes to promote from within if the employee fits the job description.

Cons

Limited professional advancement. Corporate offices get a lot of the project work that could be assisted by remote site employees who would like more experience and exposure to new technologies
