bulling, hostile worksplace, no respect, dammed if you did, dammed if you didn't, no support from management, unrealistic expectations, very stressful, NOT PATIENT FIRST., money hungrey, requiring doctors not to spend time with patients (move them in , move them out), not sympathic to employees issues, new grad failed a competnecy test before they started working & failed then notified the state board of nursing that they were an unsafe nurse even though they had never worked a s a nurse. Now the new grad can not get a job because this is on his nursing license. don;t listen to employee complaints, required to work long hours if salaried (more than 40 per week) without compensation, if supervisor does not like you will try to get you fired. One doctor had a nervous breakdown because of the pressure he was under to bring in money. This is mt opinion from my own experience and from information from other employees that this has happened to.
