      Pros

      The insurance was cheap compared to others.

      Cons

      Horrible management, Terrible CEO (Toby Cosgrove), traffic is unbelievable at the main campus, rude employees and stuck up doctors.

      Pros

      Cleveland Clinic is a great place to work because, you may start off at an entry level position and work your way up the ladder or simply the Cleveland Clinic will pay for you to go to school while you are employed by them all at the same time.

      Cons

      The Health insurance at the Cleveland Clinic is very expensive and the parking prices is very unreasonable.

      Not very proud to work there, but it pays some of the bills. I guess it's better than being unemployed.

      Pros

      It's a steady income, i have affordable health care coverage and i'm able to help people .

      Cons

      An embarrassing low hourly wage, it's run like a corporation, not healthcare, many rules to follow so the company can control/monitor employees lives outside of work. There is more money spent on image than on more important things .i.e. flat screen t.v's/marble floors, fancy fountains everywhere vs.updated equipmt. to save paper / $, very low hourly wages, more parking for employees,(not a rock pit when they have to wear their 'required dress shoes/heels and pantyhoes' to work. Poor communication between the Dr's. office, patients and ROI.
