      High quality care access to latest and greatest technology

      Cons

      Leadership uses their position of power to bully strong employees. They do not like leaders to have an opinion. It is a MD hospital. They have the Serving Leader mantra but do not role model this behavior. The HR department is fearful to take on senior leadership and instead removes strong leadership.

      Organization has very good name.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work, productivity and patient feedback are the only importance. No emphasis on clinical care. The place is way too huge. They do not treat you as a professional, they don't care about your education or experience.

      Great benefits, great people make the job.

      Cons

      If you miss working in the 1970s, then go work for Cleveland Clinic - it's like stepping back in time. Management would rather let talented workers walk than fire bad managers. Career pathing is non-existent. They pay lip service to being a great place to work but don't allow flex time, part time or job sharing. Doctors are treated as gods and are allowed to make business decisions that make no sense.
