      It’s poorly managed by abusive administrators and middle managers.

      Pros

      They offer decent (not great) medical benefits. They also offer good paid time off. They have many locations, so it’s convenient to find somewhere near home.

      Cons

      Too many middle managers and administrators with too much power and no oversight-they become dictators in quest for more power. Human Resources is useless for the employee and rarely solves the underlying problem.

      Pros

      The Cleveland Clinic has excellent healthcare benefits. They are a hospital in which you work with the newest of equipment. A great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The Cleveland Clinic is managed similar to an army often it feels like an individual can get lost in the system; and one is a number vs an individual. This may not be a Con to many however personally I like to feel my opinion & insight is valued.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, team work ethic is weak. Work life balance is bad and the company has no consideration for their employees.
