No pros - Only if you are a doctor level associate, and then if you are, you're not reading this.

Cons

-The Cleveland Clinic is the epitome of hypocrisy. They have this marketing slogan that pretends to be all about the patients, when they only want the patients money. I have never seen so many unnecessary appointments for patients - all they do is have schedulers keep scheduling appointment after apppointment to rake in profits - BUT only if you have insurance. If you do not have insurance, they will send a sick baby away. - The company is run on permanent skeleton crew to maximize profits. Every department in running minus staff member. Sick days and vacation days are minimal. - Horrible training and a staff that is too bust to help coworkers. They have training - but it is general and is more of an indoctrination.

Clinical staff and Doctors are nice. Good benefits but that's pretty much it.

Cons

This is the WORST place to work for. This is jail to be exact. Ever since they changed management, its gone downhill. They have way too many managers and supervisors and not enough staff. The work load is ridiculous and the pay is definitely not worth it. The supervisor/managers have their favorites and treat the true hardworking people like trash. There is NO support from management either and they always focus on the negative on people rather than the positive. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Tuition Reimbursement, Career Ladder, Great Healthcare Coverage

Cons

Too large of an employer. Employees are treated more as numbers than people. Point policy. Ridiculous Prices for Parking $90 a month full time $45 a month part time. SAFETY at the main campus. As of April of this year you have to stay in one single position for 2 years until you can bid on another position.
