      Pros

      People are lazy, so you don't have to work too hard to keep up. For those who are motivated and naturally bright it is a cake walk.

      Cons

      Terrible management, HR turns back on harassment, limited potential for career advancement.

      Pros

      (1) decent health benefits, (2) access to some of the best health care in the US and abroad, (3) interesting work, (4) liberal PTO, (5) satisfaction in knowing you are able to help patients

      Because the Clinic is such a large organization, there are many divisions, and, of course, department directors, managers and supervisors. It is up to the manager's discretion how to enforce certain rules and regulations regarding time management and other issues that can affect employee morale. As a result, there can be dissention among the ranks.
