      The insurance was cheap compared to others.

      Horrible management, Terrible CEO (Toby Cosgrove), traffic is unbelievable at the main campus, rude employees and stuck up doctors.

      You will be employed and you will have good benefits. Like me, you might meet any number of wonderful doctors and employees.

      Cons

      Absolutely a mess. Many managers have the right credentials but they are awful leaders. There is absolutely no career planning for non clinical employees. The Clinic is so stratified with doctors at the top and everyone else at the bottom--and believe me, they let you know. Doctors, Administrators throwing temper tantrums, swearing, threatening people, acting like mental cases. It's the truth. More often than not, very unprofessional business atmosphere. The doctors and nurses are scheduled like they work in a factory. The pay is awful.
