      Benefits, PTO, double holiday pay

      Cons

      Not enough staff. High turn over on pcna's. Sometimes the only pcna on the floor and the nurses do not help you. Always 12 to 16 patients to one pcna every night. Nurse do not take any as primary. Talk down to as if your stupid. If your not part of float pool they still float you every day to other floors. Sitting with patients that want to physically harm you or verbally abuse you. Paying to park
