      Amazing learning experience. Great Dr.s and beautiful facility.

      Cons

      Management is lacking the skills necessary to create a successful working environment. Do not listen to employees concerns and disregard their safety. Very dangerous mentality to run a business with. Employee turnover is crazy high.

      Pay The people that actually provide the care are amazing.

      Cons

      Horrendous management. They are unethical on so many fronts it's alarming. They allow bullying behavior from a particular supervisor, and if you bring this to their attention... you're gone.
