Pros
Very flexible schedule, decent pay, good hours, treated very well for the most part. As far as student jobs go, working for the University allows you the best balance of free time and pay, as well as being treated well.
Cons
Some full time employees condescend you, limited hours, no full time opportunity for students since ACA. Also, even as a student you will be forced to contribute to the OPERS retirement system, a perk if your going into public service since you will already have service credits, otherwise, you can file a form to get your money back.
