Generous vacation package and many long term employees.

Cons

It's a revolving door. No flexibility. Limited capacity in University wide offices. Employees are suspicious of new hires.

State government benefits and weekends off.

Cons

Supervisor was absolute garbage. Never had anything nice to say. Always felt like he was hiding something and looked suspicious. He also had crazy mood swings and was incredibly difficult to work with.
