They had this dean who was as corrupt as they get and the school pretty much supported him in whatever he did. He'd often remove benefits to anyone he didn't like and was incredibly micro-managing. If the wrong student files a complaint against you, good luck, the school will use you as a scapegoat to protect themselves and terminate you just to protect themselves from losing state funding. They often low-ball salaries on your contracts the day after you've negotiated a higher rate and pretend like you wouldn't notice. The talent level in this place is next to zero. It's just not here.
