      Pros

      Lots of bright talented employees. Great group of people to work with & learn from. Decent salary.

      Cons

      A lot of what management preaches is lip service, not genuine. Departments are very siloed, they claim to want to foster a collaborative environment, but there is a lot of finger pointing and assigning blame. Not healthy.
