      Many products to keep you interested and busy Large scale app development Solid company who makes $$ Great culture Great compensation Great industry

      Cons

      Difficult to get assistance from Senior level architects Extremely complex product with no documentation or guidance or up close and personal training "Thrown in the fire" Old school technologies Little or NO web development (as promised) which is a skill you risk losing

      It's a job that pays money. Probably will continue to make for management, if that's something that you care dearly about.

      Cons

      Old timer company. Very little opportunity to move up in the company. Gossipy HR.

      Cool company to work for

      Pros

      I've been here just over a year and glad I made the move from a larger organization. The company has a diverse management team with a lot of year's of experience to learn from. They genuinely care about their employees, providing great benefits and perks. They are open to change and have proven to have an open door policy. The culture has been evolving from what I can see as they balance a start up like mentality with an established organization. Great place to learn and advance.

      Cons

      It's hard to get information. It's all there but scattered. It would be a big improvement if the information could be pulled together into one document management system. Also onboarding needs to be revamped although I understand they are working on that.
