Clever Devices reviews

As I mentioned, these Glassdoor reviews are very accurate. Employees are miserable, morale is low, hours are long and pay is low. They promise you the world, but let you down every day. Upward mobility and promotions are unlikely. I've seen jobs that opened, current employees be turned down for the opportunity although they are more than qualified. For whatever reason, they prefer to hire from the outside. The company lack diversity, check out the management section of their webpage and see for yourself. Hours are long, although they underplay this in the interview process. As you can see, HR has been commenting on all the reviews. This is very similar to what Is going on at Clever Devices. HR is very engaged and the entire HR team is very helpful and committed. It's the management beyond HR that makes this place misery. The good talent is leaving and the current staff is looking for work elsewhere. This place is a drag.

Management is completely detached from reality and the customer requirements. They do not support the project managers, they give us unrealistic deadlines and they cannot seem to hire anyone, but who wants to work here anyway anymore. We work insane hours for standard pay no hope of a bonus and no clear way forward. We work in a constant state of chaos. If I wanted to be a fireman, I would have done that for a living. I even work most weekends and do not get comp days.
