Compensation seemed fair Technology good Soda machine and beautiful dinning area. Building built for the future.

Cons

Every good deed could be your last Lots of shoulder shrugging (People looking to get ahead at your expense) Can you say Power Trip!! Embrace not Bully

We appreciate your advice to management. I'm sorry that your experience with us after so many years was not held to a standard that you would expect. We certainly look into how to incorporate better involvement all around for our employees throughout the year and hope that we can provide a better experience with all of the changes we have implemented.

Pros

Other field techs are good people. Thats about it

Cons

Dont find out where you have to go till that morning. Upper management has no idea on what it takes to be in the field

I'm sorry that you felt that upper/senior management does not understand the process or conviction that it takes to be in the field. With being in the field, updates and assignments usually come in, in the early morning, which is why the techs are updated on the early morning call. This is something that is discussed during the hiring process to ensure that our field service techs understand the process on finding out about work and location for the day. Of note, its important to know that our upper management in service were once Field Service Techs as well and do understand the hardship that not knowing where you will be assigned until morning can cause, but until the customers let us know where and whatis needed, we cannot assign our techs to specific sites.

Strong Management & Vision.......

Pros

Strong Management, aggressive vision and good processes. Teams are client driven and there is good blend of dedicated and intelligent employees. I found this to be an interesting field.

Cons

A bit of a sink or swim environment, but then again most fast-paced environments will be similar in nature. Was a bit tough to gain information during initial on-ramp period, but was appreciative of those team members who took the time to share domain knowledge.
