Pros

The front line teams are hard working, but severely overworked.

Cons

Job security is a concern: The company initially stated there would be no more layoffs after the first round in March of 2024, but just three months later, another round of layoffs occurred in July. Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.

Pros

A diverse pool of talent who collaborate together each day. Freedom to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions. A relaxed work environment where people are enabled to make ethical, informed decisions and not micromanaged. Flexibility to work remote when needed. Excellent coffee and lots of social events.

Cons

Can be slow in pockets/regions to respond to time sensitive concerns.

Long term employee - don’t work here

Pros

This was a great company with a lot of upside... until it wasn’t. Was once a fun and enjoyable work environment. Poor management hires have ruined everything

Cons

The company is so desperate to sell that they have put all morals and real long term goals to bed. Management creates a smoke and mirror show instead of focusing on real problems and real results. Management incentivizes unrealistic pipeline creation to show false growth. Numbers are down, and I mean way down from the glory days of ClickDimensions. Run, don’t walk away from this 2019 version of the titanic.

Pros

Remote First Work Environment Good Work Life Balance

Cons

Horrific Executive Team Mediocre Pay Terrible Benefits CEO Doesn't Care About Employees If you're in the US, don't bother, your job will get eliminated. Senior Leadership is a joke. Same people get promoted while the lowly plebs do all the real work.

Just a Job, Not a Career

Pros

4% 401k match, casual attire, occasional perks such as lunch or dessert, paycheck always on time, minimal oversight (dependent on manager), rather laid-back environment, flexible work times, friendly culture due to employees... not necessarily by leadership.

Cons

No formal bonus structure for non-sales employees, no HR department, internal promotions are very rare (mostly hire externally for management positions), no employee referral program, product developers located in another country so communication is a challenge, leadership is not transparent with company happenings or goals, record company growth/revenue is often celebrated but profits are not shared with employees, CEO lacks professionalism & borders on inappropriate, culture/perks not on par with other tech companies, work from home not available to most employees, most employees are young & are not experienced in working at other companies, career or professional growth is not a priority, no formalized org chart.
