ClickUp EMEA is only about 1 year in the making, and have recently moved to (very) slick new offices on Dame Lane, in the heart of Dublin city. The culture in EMEA is exactly what you would expect from one of the fastest growing and coolest technology brands in the market..... hard work, fast paced, and serious fun!!! The level of talent on the team is insane, we are talking top 1% of SaaS sellers. This is the absolute elite, and the best part is there's no bad apples. People expect the best of each other, both in performance and the way they carry themselves daily. It's a dream to work here and everyday I come to work motivated, and ready to learn from the incredible people around me.
Cons
This is not for the faint hearted. It's hard work, we often (voluntarily) work beyond 'normal' business hours, and we give 110% every single day. If you are looking for a 'cushy' job, look elsewhere. To join this team you need to be willing and motivated to be the absolute best version of yourself. Only top 1% or those with the potential to get there will be successful in this company.
