      Pros

      Nothing, this place is a waste of time. Unless you consider sprinting down the track with your shoes un-tied a good thing.

      Cons

      QA Org is in total disarray. Can't keep a manager in place, the manager title is a kiss of death. All the best people got laid-off.

      Managers have a lot of faith in employees and expect them to adhere to the ClickUp core values. If you have an idea, you're often told to run with it.

      Cons

      Great to be supported to solve problems, but can also feel difficult when pursuing big projects that require other team buy-in or participation but you don't have the authority to enforce the relationship. You need management to get things done but leadership isn't always available.
