Pros

This role is my entrance into the SaaS industry and my experience with this company so far has been unbelievably positive. Leadership displays and embraces radical candor from all levels. Unlike in some companies, the Support department is respected and appreciated here. We’re given the opportunity to both present and receive feedback in a way that feels sincere to nearly anyone in the company. Even if we don’t agree on everything, you can still be heard. I feel invested in and like my career growth actually matters! We’re treated as people first, and I love that.

Cons

Because we’re a hyper-growth company, change happens quickly and more often than I like or can fully keep up with. There are structures being put in place to help boost change management, but communication can fall through the cracks and it can be difficult for teams to stay aligned. Also, certain perks or benefits that were available upon hiring have either changed a lot or are no longer available. With that being said, the benefits that do exist are incredible and I still feel very lucky.

Pros

The company is growing at a good rate

Cons

There’s too many to name. The leadership team is a mess and have zero self awareness, many people are quitting or being forced out, and they care about culture but don’t live it. Wouldn’t recommend coming here
