      Pros

      Company culture is overall super positive! Company does not shy away from recognition and compensation Conversations and changes happen often and quickly Growth in any direction is supported Benefits and perks are great A lot of transparency from the executive team regularly Feedback is very well received

      Cons

      Because it is a startup experiencing explosive growth, many of the processes are constantly in flux. Ticket volume is pretty high on a regular basis and it can become exhausting after a while Based on the last few batches of hires, it feels like diversity is slightly lacking

      Pros

      Great management on the sales team, cares deeply about everyones personal and professional development. Very supportive team that wants everyone to hit their numbers. No one feels pitted against another, all boats rising.

      Cons

      It's a startup so if you're not comfortable with change, probs not best place for you. Still feels very stable despite rapid growth change.

      Pros

      The people at ClickUp are some of the nicest and most encouraging people I've ever worked with. While we all do strive to provide the best customer experience possible every single time, we are still allowed the room to make mistakes and grow. I receive encouragement and guidance not just from management but from my teammates as well. The atmosphere here is just so positive and uplifting. I'm definitely allowed to have a bad day but with all the laughs we share throughout our workday, I never have one for very long. Great healthcare and benefits. Great internal processes for any employee issues.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't see any at the moment. I'd like to make more money, but I have a performance review around the corner, so I think that will be available to me. Since we have so many new employees, we don't have the crazy hours that usually go along with a start-up environment.
