      Pros

      Zeb Evans and the (small) leadership team make ClickUp an incredibly rewarding place to work. I truly feel like I'm on the ground floor of a billion dollar company in the making. Regardless of what happens, I couldn't trade this for the world. Zeb has this massive vision and shines through in everything we do. He's one of those leaders that should have an "ism" after his name.

      Cons

      I've only had two jobs prior to joining ClickUp. In all honesty, those jobs just didn't push me at all, I had zero personal growth. At ClickUp, there's always more work to be done and always more ways to contribute, this can be a negative for some, but I have grown to thrive in it. I love feeling like I'm contributing to the world in my own little way.

      The best place that I've ever worked

      Pros

      I've been here for 9 months and I'm loving every day of it. There's so much growth and excitement not only in what we creating but also in my day to day job. I started as a customer service rep but I've transitioned into more of a content role. The leadership team (Zeb and Wes) have been the best mentor I could ever ask for in moving into this new role. The vision for the company is grand and I know we are in the midst of creating a company that will be around my entire life, and hopefully I'll still be working here my entire life :)

      Cons

      Honestly none for me. But obviously a startup is a startup, so if you'd rather be in a huge corporate structure with red tape, the startup vibe isn't the right path to take.

      More growth than anywhere I've ever worked

      Pros

      The work isn't always easy, but it's always interesting and important. I wouldn't have it any other way. The business goals and growth rates are off the charts - This pushes everyone to learn and communicate faster than anywhere I've seen before. Everyone is on the same page with goals and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      This job isn't for the faint of heart, but I don't see it as much of a "con"
