      Pros

      1) Every day is interesting. I've never gotten bored as there's always more to do and learn 2) Lots of growth potential (well I'm coming from a larger company where it took years to move up in the hierarchy). Here, you can move up really quickly. 3) Smart and energetic team. Everyone is just on a similar wavelength as far as the company goes - we all want to see this succeed. It's motivating to see how fast we are growing. 4) Exceptional leadership and CEO

      1) Not much structure, coming from a large company that took some getting adjusted to 2) Lots of work :)

      Pros

      The company is extremely fast moving. Problems are solved and everyone's voice is heard. I loved seeing the progress each and every week, and the team creates a fun environment while still staying focused on what needs to be done.

      Cons

      As a small company it was sometimes hard to keep up with everything going on. I think some people excel in this environment, but it can be tough.
