      Pros

      I've only been working here for four weeks now, but I can tell this is where I will call home for a long time. The team is extremely smart, some borderline brilliant, and I've learned a lot on how to make myself better and my work better, just by working with the team. I feel like I'm a part of something that's going to be huge, I know these people are highly motivated and it's kind of contagious.

      Cons

      Well, it's startup, I was at an enterprise before. So there's not as much structure, but I actually like it.

      - I learn something new almost every day - Leadership team is brilliant and always eager to help/teach - The product is growing so fast

      Cons

      - The growth is pretty incredible right now and it can be a lot to learn and manage. It's not a simple software product so you have to stay on top of your game, it's fun if you love the product though.

      I just started at ClickUp two weeks ago but so far I love this place. - Incredibly talented team at the top - Learn fast and go fast - CEO is an engineer himself (and the product person) so you don't get a lot of the red tape and misunderstanding that's common in other companies

      Cons

      - As with any startup, there's not that much structure in place so some people that need structure wouldn't necessarily thrive
