      Amazing company with great benefits!

      Pros

      - Schedule is accommodating and promotes a good work life balance - Offers medical, dental and vision insurance for a great rate - Other benefits are offered and are great for full time employees to take advantage of - Leadership in my department puts people first - Challenging, yet fun!

      Cons

      - Still new to the company, so far I have found no major cons. Company is growing and with that there will be bumps in the road from time to time. - Not a con, but you need to be comfortable with change as the company is growing!

      Pros

      I shifted to ClickUp from a career in education (SLP), and I am so thankful I did. Some pros of the job include: - Friendly and engaging culture and environment (despite the remote setting!) - Lots of room for growth and development - Core values that are openly talked about and embraced - Great benefits/PTO options - Leads and managers are very open to feedback and highly encourage it!

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company as young be so developed, people in the right places, and constantly being asked about. I have former colleagues ask me about it all the time and I have nothing bad to say about it. I plan to work with the team for a good amount of time and feel I will truly develop my skills at this company.

      Cons

      The only thing I can ever say is poor is that we have more manual processes right now to get things closed. This slows down the sales process and could improve.
